I forgot my password

On the log-in screen, tap Forgot password?. If you added a backup email in Profile → Account, we'll send a reset link there. Without a backup email we can't recover the account, so add one once you're in.

Someone is being abusive

Tap their name in city chat, or open your messages with them, then choose Report or Block. Blocking hides their messages, bubbles and invites from you straight away. A city admin reviews every report and can mute or ban players who break the rules.

Delete my account

In the game go to Profile → Account → Delete account and enter your password. Your character, money, homes, friends, messages and posts are deleted and your username is freed. This can't be undone. If you can't log in, email us from the address on your account, or tell us your username, and we'll help.

Is any of this real money?

No. C$ (city cash), cUSDT, property, cars and items are play money with no real-world value and can't be cashed out. HustleQ will never ask for your seed phrase, password or payment details in chat. Anyone who does is a scammer: report them.
