HustleQ is a free 3D social city game for players aged 18 and over, played at hustleq.io and in the HustleQ apps. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and we don't sell your data.

What we collect

Your account: your username and password. Your password is stored securely by our sign-in provider and nobody, including us, can read it.
An email, only if you add one. It is optional and used only to send you a password-reset link. Other players never see it.
Your game: your character, its look, money, homes, progress, friends and settings.
What you post: city chat, private messages, billboard ads, and anything you type to city characters.
Reports and blocks: when you report a message, we keep the report and the message so a city admin can review it.
A wallet address, only if you link one on the website. We store the public address so the game can show its balance. We never ask for or store a seed phrase or private key.
Basic technical data such as your device type and browser, which our hosting provider logs to keep the service running and secure.

We don't use advertising trackers or third-party analytics, and we don't collect your location, contacts or photos. A picture you choose for your face stays on your device.

How we use it

To run the game: sign you in, save your progress and show you to other players in the city.
To keep the city safe: review reports, stop spam and cheating, and enforce our Terms.
To reply when you contact us.

What other players see

Your username, your character and its look, your net worth and rank, and anything you post in city chat or on billboards. Private messages are visible only to you and the person you message, and to city admins if one of you reports them.

Who processes it

Hosting and database: our cloud provider stores your account and game data.
AI replies: when you type to a city character, your message and recent conversation are sent to an AI service to write the reply. They are used only to answer you.
Wallets (website only): if you create or link a wallet, a wallet provider handles that connection.

These providers only process data on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account exists. City chat is short-lived and only the latest messages are kept. When you delete your account, your data is removed straight away, though copies may remain in routine backups for a short time until they are overwritten.

Your choices and rights

Delete your account any time in the game: Profile → Account → Delete account. This removes your character, money, messages and posts, and frees your username.
Block players by tapping their name in chat. Manage your list in Profile → Account → Blocked players.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it by emailing support@hustleq.io. If you're in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

Age

HustleQ is for adults aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly let anyone younger play. If you think a child is using HustleQ, tell us and we'll remove the account.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date above, and tell players in the game about any important change.
